Return & Refund Policy

THANKS FOR SHOPPING AT EVELYN & CO.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return your purchase or exchange for another item. We are here to help.

RETURNS

  • You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been washed or used.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In the unlikely event your order is damaged upon arrival, you may request a full refund, or a replacement product will be sent.

REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged please contact us to discuss a return and a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

EXCHANGE

If you change your mind and would like to exchange your item for another, once you return your original unused item, the replacement will be shipped to you.

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you receive a refund due to a damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
